At Fernandez Farm, we stand by our science. If our biscotti doesn’t meet your standards, or if your dog simply isn't a fan, we don’t want you to ship it back. Shipping food is expensive and wasteful.

The Fernandez Promise: If you aren't satisfied, just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Tell us what didn't work, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We only ask that if possible, you donate the remaining biscuits to a local shelter or a dog friend so they don't go to waste. Fueling exploration should never be a risk.
