1. Overview This website is operated by Fernandez Farm LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fernandez Farm LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing Whitney's Wholesome Biscotti, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Artisanal Product Nature Our biscuits are handmade functional treats produced in small batches. As such, slight variations in color, shape, and consistency are normal and reflect the artisanal nature of the product. Our products are intended as supplemental feeding only and are not a replacement for a complete and balanced canine diet.

3. Health and "Structure/Function" Claims The scientific justifications provided for our ingredients (the Gut-Joint-Skin Axis and Calcium-Vitamin D-Fatty Acid Triad) are intended to support a healthy inflammatory response and cellular protection. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Local Pickup Terms (Huntly, VA) If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, you agree to the following:

    Appointment Only: Pickup is by appointment or within the windows specified in your "Ready for Pickup" email.

     

  • Private Residence: Our farm is a working kitchen and private residence. We ask that customers remain on the porch or in their vehicle for the exchange.

  • Liability: Fernandez Farm LLC is not responsible for any incidents occurring on the property during the pickup process.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our 120g, 180g, and 375g bags are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
