Shipping policy

We ship our artisanal biscuits to all 50 states via UPS Ground to ensure a balance of reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days once processed.
Rates: We charge a Flat Rate of $6.00 for standard shipping to protect our artisanal margins.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $30.00 or more (typically 2 or more bags) qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Exclude Outside U.S.A.
Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, expedited options are available at checkout. The full cost of expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For our neighbors near Huntly, VA, we offer local delivery to your doorstep.

Eligibility: Local delivery is available for addresses within a 45-mile radius of Fernandez Farm.
Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are typically made within 2–3 business days of order placement. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

You may skip shipping fees entirely by choosing "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Location: Pickups are located at our designated Farm Porch drop-off point.
How it Works: Once your order is ready, you will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email with our address and instructions.
Porch Etiquette: Fernandez Farm is a private residence and working kitchen. For the safety of our farm animals and your pets, your order will be placed in a clearly marked bin on the front porch. Please remain on the porch for the exchange.

All orders (Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup) are processed within 1–3 business days.
We bake in small batches to ensure "Whitney's Wholesome Biscotti" are fresh; during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your UPS label is created.

Local: You will receive text or email updates when your order is "Ready for Pickup" or "Out for Delivery."
